Ms. Pescador grew up in rural Colorado. She obtained her education at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Japanese language, then continued on to get her Juris Doctorate and Master of Management (equivalent to a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration combined), as well as a Certificate of Dispute Resolution. She now resides in Northglenn with her husband of 16 years.
She is trained and experienced in different forms of alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. She assists clients by representing them through these processes, and occasionally serves as a mediator.
She has practiced law in Colorado for nearly 10 years and is licensed in:
